Nathalie Rader
Nathalie Rader is a decorated leader with The Ritz-Carlton, boasting years of experience in luxury hospitality and condominium management at properties across North America
Fortune International Group and Château Group, joint developers of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, are pleased to announce that Nathalie Rader has been appointed general manager of the Atlantic Ocean-facing condominium.
The Residences, which have been a must-see for luxury homebuyers worldwide, are nearly complete and on-track for an end-of-summer delivery. Well-sited on 250 feet of pristine beachfront, the premiere tower, which has no hotel on the premises, has been an unmistakable draw for high-net-worth-individuals, due in part to its myriad of exclusive five-star offerings, including a state-of-the-art spa, kids club, private club level on the 33rd floor, and a beach restaurant.
Rader, a seasoned leader with The Ritz-Carlton, has spent more than a decade overseeing numerous initiatives at the brand’s residential properties across the U.S. and Canada. As general manager of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, she will spearhead pre-opening efforts for the building and, once complete, supervise day-to-day operations at the property, ensuring that top levels of luxury, service, and attention to detail are upheld.
Management of this caliber is only found within premier hospitality companies, such as The Ritz-Carlton, which is yet another key reason why the Sunny Isles Beach condominium continues to be such a standout over other high-end properties.
“Nathalie (Rader) brings tremendous expertise to The Residences through her years with The Ritz-Carlton,” said Edgardo Defortuna, President and CEO of Fortune International Group. “She has a deep-rooted understanding of the brand and its culture. We are confident that her oversight will guarantee a seamless opening -- and continue to bolster our tower’s prominence on a global scale.”
“We look forward to working closely with Nathalie, who will play a pivotal role in our final months of development and the tower’s much-anticipated opening,” said Manuel Grosskopf, CEO of Château Group. “Her extensive experience with the brand will be invaluable as we prepare to welcome our residents to this extraordinary building.”
Rader most recently served as general manager of The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Chicago, where she was an integral part of the leadership team that opened the 89-unit standalone building – rapidly advancing through the ranks from Assistant Residences Manager to GM. Just this month, her string of successes there earned the project four of Marriott International’s 2018 “Awards of Excellence” honors, including the top prize, “Property of the Year,” and accolades for “Financial Excellence” and “Employee Engagement Excellence.” Adding to the list of feats, she also won a tremendous distinction: The Ritz-Carlton Global Residential’s 2018 “Leader of the Year.”
Rader, who started her Ritz-Carlton career in January 2009 as a LIVE Leader at The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences, Jupiter, has provided taskforce insights at properties throughout North America, including The Ritz-Carlton Residences, North Hills, New York, The St. Regis Residences, Toronto, Canada, and The Ritz-Carlton Club & Residences, Vail, Colorado, among others. She holds active Certified Community Association Manager (CAM), Certified Manager of Condominium Associations (CMCA), and Association Management Specialist (AMS) certifications. Renowned for her exemplary leadership skills and passion for customer service, Rader won The Ritz-Carlton Special Achievement Award in 2013 and 2017, and The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standard award in 2016.
