Diane Nobile has joined Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr as a partner in the Tax and Global Immigration and Foreign Investment practices, resident in the Miami office.

Ms. Nobile helps international investors and owners with business interests in the United States navigate pre-immigration tax issues and tackle estate planning. She also advises clients on investments in U.S. real estate and enterprises with cross-border business. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience as an international tax and commercial real estate attorney, Ms. Nobile focuses on assisting high net worth investors and multinational families in both the United States and abroad, non-resident aliens and investment firms, as well as real estate investors and individual buyers and sellers.

Ms. Nobile earned her J.D. from Widener University School of Law. She also has a B.A. from University of Central Florida.
