Commercial litigation and bankruptcy attorney Jesse Cloyd has joined Coral Gables based Agentis in the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group.

Cloyd received his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, and his bachelors in corporate finance from Clemson University. He resides with his family in Fort Lauderdale.
