SARASOTA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Easy Mile Fitness, LLC, a leading owner and operator of Planet Fitness clubs in the Southwest Florida, today announced the acquisition of a franchise group owning 3 Planet Fitness clubs in the Southwest region of Florida. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

The acquisition includes 3 Planet Fitness clubs across Fort Myers and North Naples, Florida. The acquisition increases Easy Mile Fitness’s total club ownership to 8 locations.
