She will continue to oversee the production of all banking centers and implement initiatives that increase the imprint and visibility of USCB.

Guerra-Kattou has been with USCB since 2016 and draws from more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry. She is part of the management team that led U.S. Century to gain more than $1 billion in assets last year and to earn its five-star superior rating from BauerFinancial™, a designation that represents the highest level of banking performance in the country.

Guerra-Kattou attended Miami-Dade College. She has augmented her banking industry education by attending training programs in leadership and management, including completing a credited course curriculum at the University of Central Florida’s College of Business. She is a graduate of the Florida Bankers Association’s Florida School of Banking program and has completed courses presented by the American Bankers Association.
