Premier Assurance Group SPC Ltd., a Class B (iii) Cayman Islands Monetary Authority registered insurance company, is pleased to announce that Jeff Kelly has been named Managing Director of the firm’s Corporate Division. Jeff will be working from Premier Assurance Group SPC, Ltd.’s new office in Grand Cayman.

The company also named Charles Jorge as Managing Director of its International Health Division, and Jaime Landivar as Managing Director of the firm’s International Life Division.

Jeff brings over 17 years of experience in auditing, financial reporting, accounting and finance to Premier Assurance Group SPC Ltd., including over 13 years in the Cayman Islands financial services industry.

Before joining Premier Assurance Group SPC Ltd., Jeff was a Managing Partner with HLB Berman Fisher in Grand Cayman, where he oversaw all aspects of the firm including regulatory compliance, as well as financial and quality control. Prior to that, he served for two years as the Insurance Practice Leader for with RSM Cayman Ltd., and was with Captive Management Initiatives (a Cayman Islands captive insurance manager) for six years as Director, providing captive management and consulting services to several large Catholic U.S. healthcare systems.

Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Windsor in Canada. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants and the CFA Institute.
