Two New Tenants Sign On to Join Aventura ParkSquare’s Exclusive Wellness Community

Plus, First Retail Location Now Open

Aventura ParkSquare, Aventura’s only live, work, play real estate development is thrilled to announce two new retail tenants: Ono Poke Shop and Vana Laser Club.

The independently owned Ono Poke Shop is opening its widely-anticipated second location at Aventura ParkSquare. Ono Poke is based on the Hawaiian delicacy with a Japanese twist and was named Eater Miami’s “Best Fast Casual Restaurant of 2017.” Nuriel Mawardi and Amir Anvari opened the first Wynwood location in late 2016 and are ready to expand.

Vana Laser Club is also bringing its second location to Aventura ParkSquare. The center has gained popularity since opening in Sunset Harbour earlier this year. Vana Laser Club offers unlimited laser treatments and other aesthetic services starting at $99 a month.

To add to the excitement, the first retail location is already up and running. The world famous Barry’s Bootcamp is open for business at its newest location at 2920 NE 207th Street, Suite 105 in Aventura ParkSquare. Barry’s has been touted as the original high-intensity workout. Each class uses a mix of running and weights to tone muscle, maximize fat loss and increase endurance.

At nearly 5,000 square feet, the Aventura location features a large fully equipped workout area for classes, locker rooms, an apparel section and a Barry’s Fuel Bar.
