Cardiff Lexington Corporation and Platinum Tax Defenders, LLC, announced the signing of a definitive merger agreement under which Platinum Tax Defenders will merge into Cardiff Lexington Corporation as its subsidiary in a cash and stock transaction.

Transaction terms were not disclosed.
