ESJ Capital Partners Sells K-5 Miami Charter School for $8.45 Million

ESJ Capital Partners, LLC, a full service asset management firm based in Aventura, announces the $8.45 million sale of Beacon College Prep, a K-5 charter school located in the Opa-locka area of Miami-Dade County. Charter DC Opa Locka, LLC, an ESJ portfolio company along with its development partner MG3, sold the property to Beacon College Prep, Inc.

Located at 13400 NW 28 Avenue, Beacon College Prep is situated on almost six acres just west of FIU’s Biscayne Bay Campus and Johnson & Wales University – North Miami. The school serves students K-5 with an enrollment of about 370 students.
