Temple Beth Torah Will Honor Past Temple Presidents At Its Annual Gala

12/20/17

Temple Beth Torah, in recognition of the remarkable contributions of its past presidents, has chosen to honor each of them at its annual gala. Each of the honorees, Erik Bakerman, Saul & Selma Goldman, Alan Herzlin, and Marcia Weber will be recognized for his/her significant impact on the Temple Beth Torah community.

The celebration will take place at seven in the evening on January 20, 2018, and more information can be found on the Gala’s website: https://templebethtorah.shulcloud.com/gala2018.  Tickets can be purchased online or by contacting the Temple directly at: 561.793.2700. A Gift Gathering Event will also be held on January 4th for the purpose of collecting Silent Auction items.

The theme of Temple Beth Torah's gala this year is Black, White, and Glam.  Guests will enjoy a variety of wines and specialty cocktails, while sampling delicious and diverse cuisine. Pairing the food and wine with great music and a silent auction will ensure a lively, celebratory evening. This is a unique opportunity for temple members, preschool parents, and friends from the local community to come together for a night of fun and fundraising.

The event will be made possible by the generosity of the following Sponsors:

Presenting Sponsor: Provident Jewelry.

Diamond Sponsors: Pike & Lustig, LLP, Scott & Marcia Weber, The Barron Group at UBS Financial.

In- Kind Sponsors: Wycliffe Country Club, Desserts & Vodka Sponsor: Tito’s Vodka.

Additional sponsorship opportunities are available for those interested in underwriting this worthwhile event.

The Gala committee looks forward to a night of celebration and fundraising on January 20th.  Each well deserving honoree will be enthusiastically highlighted for his/her accomplishments and the Temple community will have the opportunity to recognize and thank them for their contributions to its continued success.

Temple Beth Torah, a vibrant, reform Jewish congregation, has served the Western communities of Palm Beach County for over three decades.  It is the spiritual and social home for more than 300 Wellington households, and a combination of membership dues, donations, and fundraising provides the financial resources for all the programing and community outreach that the Temple offers.  An additional 100 families benefit from the strong educational foundation of its NAEYC accredited preschool.  Undeniably, the commitment and dedication of the Temple’s presidents consistently unites this special community.
