Alexis Leal, Senior Director of Corporate Operations at MCM, was recently elected to the Broward County Chapter of the American Red Cross Board of Directors. This chapter serves more than 1.7 million Broward County residents. With over 25 years of construction experience and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Barry University, Leal oversees the overall direction of MCM’s Florida Building Group with a special emphasis on preconstruction, estimating and strategic growth. He focuses on leading his team to exceed customer satisfaction by concentrating his efforts on creating exceptional levels of communication, safety and quality.
Leal is active in the community and his profession. He served on the Board of Directors of the Engineering Contractors Association of South Florida and served as its President, as well as the Board for the South Florida Association of General Contractors.
