ABB OPTICAL GROUP Expands Marketing Team

ABB OPTICAL GROUP, one of the nation’s leading providers of optical products, has named Angela Moore as director of marketing for insights and communications and Lisa Patterson as manager of content and digital marketing.

“Angela and Lisa are terrific additions to our marketing team,” said ABB OPTICAL GROUP Vice President of Marketing Aaron See. “As we expand our marketing presence, both will be integral to bringing our strategic vision to life. They have the experience, knowledge and expertise to hit the ground running.”

As director of marketing for insights and communications at ABB OPTICAL GROUP, Moore is responsible for identifying compelling insights that support effective communication with customers, manufacturers, media, analysts, business partners and internal audiences. Additionally, she will support sales direction, organizational strategy, commercialization of insights and industry engagements. She also will lead public relations initiatives and guide the internal and external communications strategy.

A healthcare industry veteran, Moore brings more than 15 years of marketing and analytics experience to her position at ABB. Most recently Moore was director of professional promotion and neuroscience marketing at Novartis Pharmaceuticals.

Moore received her bachelor’s degree in anthropology from University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in public health from Columbia University. She is based inthe ABB OPTICAL GROUP office in Coral Springs, Fla.

Lisa Patterson

As manager of content and digital marketing, Patterson’s focus is on creating a strong digital strategy that will enhance the experience for customers when digitally interacting with the ABB OPTICAL GROUP brand. She also manages ABB’s online presence, ensuring it best represents the company’s equity to potential customers and business partners.

Patterson brings more than 13 years of marketing experience to her new position. She was most recently corporate communications manager at Campus Management.

Patterson received her bachelor’s degree in organizational communications and public administration from Western Michigan University. She also will be based inthe ABB OPTICAL GROUP office in Coral Springs, Fla.
