Xceed Preparatory Academy is proud to announce Betty Norton as Head of School for Xceed Prep Coral Springs. Norton looks forward to bringing her many years of experience to her new role.

Prior to joining Xceed Prep, Norton taught middle school in Broward County. She earned her National Board Certification in 2004 and was then asked to work at the district level to increase the academic achievement of Broward County’s middle and high schools. Norton also held positions at the Florida Virtual School and Broward Virtual School.

Norton earned her bachelor of science degree in English Education from the University of Central Florida and her Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Capella University.
