PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aurora Diagnostics, a leading independent pathology services and cancer diagnostics company, today announced the acquisition of University Pathologists, including its affiliated technical lab, University Pathologists Diagnostics.
University Pathologists, based in Warwick, R.I., provides hospital-based professional anatomic pathology services to eight hospitals affiliated with several systems and – through its technical lab in Fall River, Mass. – to various physician practices in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
