Peter Mollengarden and Allison Hertz join Palm Beach Gardens office
Leading Florida community association law firm Kaye Bender Rembaum has announced that Peter C. Mollengarden, Esq. and Allison L. Hertz, Esq. have joined the Firm’s office in Palm Beach Gardens. Mollengarden joins as a Firm member and Hertz as a senior associate.
Mollengarden was previously a shareholder of Rosenbaum Mollengarden and leader of its community association law practice. He has represented community associations and country club communities in South Florida since 1992. Prior to that, he was an attorney in the Washington D.C. metro area representing developers and preparing condominium and homeowners association documents. Mollengarden is a frequent guest speaker and lecturer on the topic of association law. He co-hosts radio talk show Condo Solutions which airs weekly on 1450 AM in Stuart. Mollengarden received a bachelor of arts degree with distinction from the University of Virginia and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a resident of Tequesta.
Hertz was a senior associate in Rosenbaum Mollengarden’s community association law practice. Hertz brings 10 years of experience in counseling condominium, homeowner and cooperative associations on issues of importance including day-to-day operational issues, such as covenant enforcement, covenant preservation and revitalization, contracts, amendments to governing documents and collection/foreclosure issues. A Florida native, Hertz received a bachelor of arts degree from Rollins College and a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center.
Both Mollengarden and Hertz are members of the South Florida Chapter of Building Managers International and the Gold Coast Chapter of the Community Association Institute.
