Robin Y. Bayless
Robin Y. Bayless, Vice President of Marketing for TooJay’s Deli, has joined the Board of Directors of the Palm Beach Chapter of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (FRLA). FRLA is Florida’s premier non-profit hospitality industry trade association and serves more than 10,000 independent and household name members, including theme parks and attractions.
Before joining the leadership team of TooJay’s in 2015, Bayless was Senior Director of Marketing at McAlister's Deli and Director of Marketing at HoneyBaked Ham.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience in restaurants and franchising, she has a proven track record of improving profits, growing sales, product innovation and team development. She has been instrumental in updating the brand look, strategy and product development of TooJay’s, the beloved 35 year old restaurant known for its generous servings of home-made, New York deli favorites.
Bayless was very active in the north Atlanta community as a member of the Alpharetta YMCA board, the North Fulton Rotary, the Paul Harris Fellow of the North Fulton Rotary and a founding member of the Alpharetta Chamber of Commerce. She also volunteered at the North Fulton Chamber and North Point Community Church.
Bayless earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee and currently resides in West Palm Beach.
