TotalBank today announced that Emma Pacetti has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Director of Banking Centers.

Pacetti, a 15-year veteran of South Florida’s banking sector, will manage TotalBank’s 19-branch, Miami retail network stretching from Aventura to Palmetto Bay. Prior to joining TotalBank, she spent 10 years as vice president and sales manager for Citibank, N.A., Miami, responsible for sales management, business development, and branch operations and openings in four different markets. She also oversaw a book of business that included more than $780 million in deposits.

Pacetti graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor in Business Administration and holds Series 6, 63, 26 and Life and Health Licenses. She is also an Impact Council volunteer for the United Way, helping identify community needs and evaluating programs that receive United Way grants.
