Comvest Partners, a private investment firm that provides equity and debt capital to middle-market companies across North America, is pleased to announce that Matt Gullen has joined the firm as a Partner and member of the Investment Committee for Comvest’s private equity strategy. Based in West Palm Beach, Matt will be responsible for all key aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction execution and portfolio company oversight.

Prior to joining Comvest, Matt was a Principal in H.I.G. Capital’s LBO fund, where he was responsible for all aspects of the investment process. Prior to H.I.G., Matt worked as a Consultant at Mars & Co. and as an Analyst at The Concord Group.

Matt received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and an M.A. from the School of Arts & Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, and he received his B.A. from Pomona College.
