Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin has named Bradley P. Blystone Managing Attorney of the firm’s Orlando office, effective January 1, 2017. Marshall Dennehey is one of the country's leading civil defense litigation law firms, with more than 500 attorneys in 20 offices in six states.

The firm’s Orlando office had previously been led by Cynthia Kohn, who is stepping aside after a decade in this role in order to devote more time to her busy casualty practice.
Mr. Blystone joined Marshall Dennehey in 2005 as a shareholder and assumed the role of supervising attorney for the Health Care Liability Practice Group in the firm's Florida offices in 2008. He practices in the areas of medical negligence, amusement, sports and entertainment liability, premises liability, automobile liability, and professional negligence.
Mr. Blystone has more than two decades of experience handling high-exposure medical malpractice cases in Florida, including the litigation of numerous multi-party actions. His clients have included a multi-facility hospital chain in Orlando, a large multi-national human resources consulting firm, the largest ambulance service in Central Florida, and the largest medical center in Volusia County, to name a few. Additionally, he has represented the Walt Disney World Company on behalf of their theme parks, water parks and resorts for more than 10 years.
Recognized as a leader in his field, Mr. Blystone is rated AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell®. He is a member of The Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association, Central Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council, The Florida Bar Speakers Bureau and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. He is also past Chairman of the Board for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Northern Florida and currently volunteers with Habitat for Humanity. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and his juris doctor from the University of Florida College of Law. He is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
