Miami Jewish Health recently elected new officers to its Board of Directors for the upcoming year. The board provides leadership for the health system’s continued efforts to provide innovative senior care.
"The new officers bring valuable experience and expertise to our board and to the commitment we share at Miami Jewish Health, where our priority is for the care of our elderly in the community,” said Jeffrey P. Freimark, president and CEO, who also serves on the board.
Jay Solowsky, founding partner at Solowsky Allen law firm in Miami, was elected chairman of the board.
Jeffrey Rittenberg, CEO of Surfmed, was elected vice chairman.
Also serving as directors are Alfred J. Katzin, immediate past chairman, Stephen H. Cypen, Wayne A. Cypen, Ronald Fieldstone, Robert Goldszer, M.D., Samuel Harte, Jane Kahn Jacobs, Carol Lang, John Richard, Ora Lea Strickland, Ph.D., and Arthur Unger.
