Richard L. Alfonso
U.S. Century Bank is pleased to announce it has hired Richard L. Alfonso as Senior Vice President and Business Development Officer.
Alfonso will be spearheading bank business development campaigns such as U.S. Century’s Community Association Banking Initiative geared toward assisting homeowners associations. In this role he will guide the overall performance of the initiatives throughout all markets including training bank team members.

Alfonso has more than 35 years of experience in entrepreneurial development, front-line operations, and financial and business management experience. He was most recently Vice President of Association Banking for Florida Community Bank, and before that was with Triton Group, Inc. in Miami for many years.
Alfonso has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Miami. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance/international business from Florida International University.
