Marquis Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Filip G. Feller as executive vice president and chief financial officer. In his new position Mr. Feller will oversee the accounting, operations, compliance and IT functions of the bank.

Feller joins Marquis Bank from Capital Bank in Rockville, Md., where he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer since 2008. A native of South Florida, Filip’s experience includes senior executive positions at Executive National Bank and Monticello Bank. He started his career in banking at Barnett Bank of South Florida in 1984.
Feller holds a bachelor’s degree in business, majoring in finance and international marketing, from the University of Miami. He graduated his fifth year requirement in accounting from Florida International University to become eligible for the certified public accountant exam in Florida.
