Whether a renter or homeowner, the Fort Lauderdale Home Design and Remodeling Show will have something for everyone. From: furniture, fine art and décor to large-scale renovation projects (both in and outside of the home), there are many experts on-hand ready to offer advice suitable for the project in mind. The Fort Lauderdale Home Show takes place from November 18-20, 2016 at the Broward County Convention Center.

“We’re excited to have our Fall Home Show take place just before Thanksgiving. Often, people don’t realize that many of our exhibitors offer furniture, home décor items and quick home improvement products, plus the fast delivery needed to finish those last improvements desired at this time of the year,” comments Adam Kayce, Show Director. “And, with cooler temperatures, this is the time to become inspired and start planning the larger projects for the upcoming year. Nothing beats seeing it in person and talking to someone who can understand your exact needs.”

Industry Insider Tips: Celebrity Interior Designer, Taniya Nayak of ABC, HGTV and Food Network provides industry “insider” tips on Saturday and Sunday (November 19-20) at 2:00 and 4:00 p.m.Known for her sunny smile and sharp eye, Taniya Nayak’s approachable take on interior design has won over everyone from rock stars to first time homebuyers. Nayak’s knack for bringing rich textures and unexpected finishes together with practical, real-life functionality has made her a go-to expert for decorating programs on major networks including ABC, HGTV and Food Network. This holiday season Nayak will again co-host ABC’s “The Great Christmas Light Fight.” She has served as host and designer for a variety of HGTV mainstays like Designed to Sell, Billion Dollar Block, House Hunters on Vacation, and Urban Oasis in Boston. Nayak was a featured designer on Robert Irvine’s Food Network series, Restaurant: Impossible, where she utilized her design prowess and professional experience to rescue and transform suffering restaurants.

Home Décor and Design Woes? Consult a Home Show Featured Interior Designer: Stop by and find inspiration at three room vignettes created exclusively for the Show by: Viviana Galetto-Malaveof VGM Decorators Inc.; and Roberta Black of RB Design; Renan Rodriguez of Rozu Design Solutions. The designers are on hand all weekend to answer questions and offer advice.

“At Home with Art” Artist Encounter and Showcase: Fine art is an intrinsic part of home design. The "At Home with Art" showcase features fine art by local artists who (through an artist submission process) have been selected based on their skills and willingness to serve as "ambassadors" to the South Florida visual arts community. Meet the artists and see their work, while learning more about the various art resources and events that take place throughout the year. Holiday Meal Planning: Corporate/Private Chef and Home Show Culinary Consultant, Chef Paulette Bilsky brings popular South Florida Chefs to the Culinary Experience Cooking Stage.
