TotalBank announced that Eugene S. Font joined TotalBank’s expanding Corporate Lending division as Senior Vice President.

Font has spent more than 25 years firmly cemented in the commercial banking and real estate sectors. His experience as a project manager and broker for a local architecture firm was a platform to entering South Florida’s banking industry. He honed his expertise in real estate investments, commercial lending, real estate credit policy and real estate loan workout negotiations throughout various managerial and executive tenures with community and international banks. Prior joining TotalBank, Font worked for a commercial real estate services firm where he led a group specializing in optimizing returns on troubled assets through the integration of asset receivership, property management, leasing, construction and sales.

Font, who graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, is a licenced real estate broker in Florida. He is a member of the Latin Builders Association, the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and is an affiliate Certified Commercial Investment Member.
