Management consulting firm North Highland is pleased to announce the promotion of two managing directors and eight vice presidents within the firm. Tony Doocey, based in London, was promoted to managing director, in addition to his role as global head of media, entertainment and communications for the firm. Barbara Ray, market lead for the Florida and Richmond markets, was also named as managing director in addition to her current role as global head of the firm's public sector practice.
