Comvest Partners is pleased to announce that Brad Nii has joined the Firm as a Managing Director in Comvest’s direct lending group, Comvest Capital. Based in Los Angeles, Brad will be responsible for originating, structuring and managing debt investment opportunities, as well as leading Comvest Capital’s West Coast Coverage efforts.

Prior to joining Comvest Capital, Brad was a Managing Director for Monroe Capital where he was responsible for the firm’s West Coast Principal Debt Originations. He has also served as Head of the West Region Sponsor Finance Group for American Capital.

In addition to Brad’s lending career, he served as a Senior Investment Banker at B. Riley & Co. and Lehman Brothers. He began his career as a certified public accountant at Ernst & Young. Mr. Nii graduated from the University of Southern California.
