U.S. Century Bank announces the expansion of the residential lending division and the addition of Enrique “Henry” Villaronga as Executive Vice President and Head of the Residential Lending Division.

U.S. Century’s full-service mortgage lending division looks to increase its residential lending throughout South Florida and further its commitment to helping customers finance their homes. The expanded product offerings include first time homebuyer programs, 30 and 15 year fixed mortgage programs, adjustable rate mortgages, home equity lines of credit, as well as home financing for foreign national programs.

With more than 35 years of banking experience, Villaronga will expand the bank’s focus on residential lending, as well as promote its competitive product offerings.

Previously he led successful residential lending teams at Ocean Bank and TotalBank for the past 16 years. He has a business administration degree from Miami Dade College.
