David W. Henry
David Henry, a shareholder in the Orlando office of Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, was recently appointed to the Executive Council of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Section of The Florida Bar. The ADR Section was designed to provide a forum for lawyers, neutrals and mediators working in the area of alternative dispute resolution and to provide a forum for improving services, rules, and ADR opportunities for bar members and for the benefit of the general public.
Mr. Henry is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil and Appellate Mediator and serves as a civil mediator for business litigation, corporate disputes, construction-related litigation, professional and fiduciary liability, as well as real estate, insurance coverage and personal injury claims. Additionally, Mr. Henry is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, an association of ADR professionals distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution.
Mr. Henry graduated from Emory University and received his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He is admitted to practice in Florida as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals 11th Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
