U.S. Century Bank announces the addition of Jalal “Jay” Shehadeh as General Counsel.
Shehadeh will have supervision over all of the Bank’s legal work including oversight of all litigation, the closing department and the day-to-day legal needs of the Bank. He will also oversee the activities of the board of directors.

Most recently, Shehadeh had his own practice and specialized in real estate. Previously he was at the State Attorney’s Office, 10th Judicial Circuit and was a Gubernatorial Fellow under former Governor Charlie Crist.
Shehadeh graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in management and marketing. He received his juris doctorate from Florida International University’s College of Law.
He is on the board of directors of the Children’s Home Society of Florida, an organization dedicated to assisting displaced, abused and neglected children throughout the state of Florida.
